Nigerian singer, Iyanya has obviously not gotten over his ex, actress Yvonne Nelson even 5 years after their much publicized break up.
In a recent interview, the singer as usual let the cat out of the bag speaking about how much he misses spending time with Yvonne as well as his regrets and what he misses most about her.
In his words, “…we broke up because we hardly had time for each other. I was hustling and I would do four shows in a day and I will make two million. So, I won’t say because I was in love with a woman I’m going to see money and I’m going to lay back.”
Speaking further on why he was yet to get over her, Iyanya as gathered by atalhajishevy.com said, “It’s not easy losing a great and beautiful woman like Yvonne. She was everything I have at that moment until I lose her… Life was miserable for me after the break up but life goes on.”
He also revealed details of his first love-making session with Yvonne when he was asked what he missed about her.
“Like our first day in bed. . . She was like ‘Oh Yeah baby, I really love it’ and her late night and early morning messages and calls. I miss everything about her.”
As more and more soft drink brands flood the market, Nigeria has been listed as one of the countries with the highest volume of soft drink sales.
Speaking on Wednesday, March 30, at the ongoing Third International Trade Exhibition on Agro food, plastics, printing and packaging in Lagos, Martina Claus, the head of market development, German Engineering Federation, said Nigeria ranked fourth globally in the volume of soft drink sales recorded in 2016.
According to her, the statistics on soft drinks sales were sourced from the Euro monitor International, a global market intelligence publisher, NAN reports.
The four countries with the highest volume of soft drink sales are
1. United States – 114.75 million Litres of soft drinks were sold
2. China – 88.18 million Litres of soft drinks were sold
3. Mexico 45.30 million Litres of soft drinks were sold
4. Nigeria – 38.68 million Litres of soft drinks were sold
Claus also disclosed that 1.98 million Litres of alcohol was sold in Nigeria in 2016 and 36.08 million Litres of bottle water was consumed due to lack of portable water.
With all the health warnings about consumption of soft drinks, you would think Nigerians will reduce their intake.
